YZORANE – TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY

1. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT

These General Terms define the rights and obligations of users of the YZORANE website (hereinafter “the Site”), as well as the applicable sales and data protection terms. They apply to all sales, both within Canada and internationally.

By accessing the Site and making a purchase, you fully accept these conditions.


2. WEBSITE USE

Access to the Site is reserved for individuals of legal age or minors with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. Age confirmation may be required upon entering the site.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and all activities conducted under it. In case of unauthorized use or inaccurate information, YZORANE reserves the right to suspend or delete the concerned account.


3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, trade names, trademarks) is the exclusive property of YZORANE or its partners. Any reproduction or use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.


4. TERMS OF SALE

4.1 General Information

Products sold by YZORANE comply with applicable Canadian cosmetic standards. They are intended for external use only. Results may vary between individuals.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Taxes, shipping fees, and currency conversion charges (if applicable) may be added at checkout.

The information shown on the Site (prices, descriptions, availability) may be modified without prior notice. YZORANE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of error or irregularity.

4.2 Exchanges and Replacements

You have 7 calendar days after receipt to request a replacement if:

  • The product is defective

  • The product does not match its description

Evidence (photos, videos, or inspection) may be requested. Standard exchanges are not offered for hygiene reasons. Perishable products are excluded.

4.3 Refunds

A refund may be issued within 3 calendar days following the purchase if:

  • YZORANE is unable to deliver to the selected country

  • The order is canceled before it has been shipped

4.4 Proof of Purchase and Returns

A proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required for any refund. No refund will be issued without proper proof of purchase.

Before returning any item, you must contact us. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided, and the package must be returned to the address indicated. No shipping fees will be charged to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that returned products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the returned product is damaged or used beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, YZORANE reserves the right to refuse the refund.

For international shipments, orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or additional fees imposed by the destination country’s authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

As our products are 100% natural, if you are unsure of a possible allergic reaction to any natural component, we recommend performing a patch test on a small, discreet area of the hand before full application.


5. PRIVACY POLICY

YZORANE is committed to protecting its users’ privacy. Collected data (name, address, purchase history, etc.) is used solely for legitimate commercial purposes.

Transactions are secured via SSL and payments are processed through Stripe. Banking data is never stored on our servers.

You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to: sales@yzorane.info


6. LIABILITY

YZORANE shall not be held liable for the misuse of its products or the Site. No indirect damages (loss of revenue, data, etc.) may be claimed.


7. INTERNATIONAL REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

YZORANE strives to comply with cosmetic regulations in each country where it sells products. However, it is the responsibility of the international buyer to ensure that the ordered products comply with local regulations. Taxes, customs duties, or local restrictions are the sole responsibility of the customer.


8. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Montreal will have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law. In the event of disagreement, mediation will be offered before any legal proceedings.


9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

YZORANE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be published on the Site. Continued use of the Site after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.
